Northern Ireland NIPA Survey
The NIPA is Northern Ireland's governing body for the game of blackball pool.
The survey is intended only for completion by Northern Irish blackball players who have competed in events run by the NIPA or who play in affiliated pool leagues.

The Northern Ireland Pool Association survey results are continuously summarised and analysed online. The officials of the NIPA are undoubtedly eager to discover how players rate their administration and will welcome any such independent surveys which analyse their organisation's performance.
